 As we age the skin is creased in areas of repeated facial expression. The ageing process causes a loss in the skin’s ability to repair itself  so that in the areas of over-use the lines become more visible. BOTOX or  Azzalure is administered by injection at specific points on the face in  extremely small amounts to relax contraction of facial muscles. By  temporarily blocking the nerve impulses to the facial muscles it is  injected into the movement of the muscle is reduced and the skin stops  being creased, allowing it to recover and the lines gradually soften.

Our treatments are undertaken by fully trained and insured medical professionals following a consultation including a medical history and full assessment. This is to ensure that the treatments are safe and appropriate.

Injectable anti-ageing treatments are a quick and convenient way to  smooth out those lines on the forehead and around the eyes and mouth  without any need for surgery. 

The procedure is relatively painless. Numbing cream is applied to the areas to be treated and the site is then gently injected with a small amount of 'botox'. The areas most commonly treated are frown lines on the forehead, crows feet around he eyes and between the eyes.

It can be used also to treat Grinding or Bruxism or excessive sweating.

For the best results we encourage our clients to avoid rubbing the treated areas for 48 hours and to avoid direct sunlight, sunbathing or the use of sunbeds for 2 days.

Results will appear in about 10 days and last between 3 and 4 months.
